Interaction Design Program

Location: Pao Hall, 3rd floor

Headed by Prof. Cheryl Zhenyu Qian, the Interaction Design program is the latest addition to Purdue's prestigious Industrial Design area within the Department of Art & Design.

Students and faculty in Interaction Design develop new approaches to explore the interaction possibilities in the context of industrial design. They are interested in studying cognitive and social systems to inform our knowledge, employing research methodologies to improve the design, and adopting innovative technologies to better accommodate human experience.
