Scheduling an Appointment, FALL 2007

LOCATION: BRNG 1114, Liberal Arts Advising Office

Individual appointments allow Liberal Arts students to have their resumes, vitas, cover letters and other job search correspondence reviewed and/or critiqued.  Students can also ask questions about career issues including interviewing, job searches, resume & cover letter writing, salary negotiations or any other career related concern.

Students considering or planning on attending Graduate School may also make an appointment for information. Questions about and/or assistance with application timelines, required testing, researching schools, writing personal statements, etc.. can be answered during the appointment.

To make an appointment, e-mail Elizabeth Dexter-Wilson, Career Development Director at dextere@purdue.edu. Explain what your career related needs are and Elizabeth will be in contact to schedule a time to meet.

SPECIAL NOTE:

Our services do not provide in-depth Career Counseling.  For students needing interest inventory testing to help with choosing a major and other plans of study decision making, visit the Center for Career Opportunities in room 194, Stewart Center.
