Jordan Blanchard

angela

Jordan is currently in the pre-pharmacy program. In her spare time she loves to play with her puppy, exercise, hang out with friends, and lay out! The most helpful strategy she took away from her GS 290 course was the 7 day study plan. It literally helped her get A's. Jordan's role model would be her sister. She's the strongest person Jordan knows; she failed out of college, got pregnant, came back to college, graduated in the top 10%, and is now a nurse practitioner. Jordan's biggest piece of advice for success is work now, play later!"

Monique is a sophomore in the College of Science majoring in Biology. In her free time, Monique enjoys various activities such as reading, cooking, and watching her favorite sitcoms. One of the most important things in her life is time management. Between two honors societies, research in a faculty lab, SAB, academics, and a part time job it’s important that events don’t fall through the cracks. Monique learned in GS courses the skills vital to balancing a busy schedule and allowing herself to have a college career complete with good grades, good friends, and adequate sleep. Monique advises students to remain active in their education asking questions and correcting mistakes in order to gain a real understanding of the topic at hand.
