Pre-Occupational Therapy Studies
Occupational therapists are concerned with the ability of persons to perform their everyday occupations (self-care, work/productivity, and play/leisure). They evaluate the client's abilities and problems, with the client and family, as well as plan and implement treatment to prevent disability, enhance development, maximize independent function, and achieve occupational satisfaction.Students interested in pursuing this profession generally complete their undergraduate degree and take the prerequisite courses needed to meet the entrance requirements.
