    Hope Gulker, M.A.; Clinical Assistant Professor

    Early Childhood Education

    M.A., 1976, Hunter College, C.U.N.Y.

    M.S.W., 1996, Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis (IUPUI)

    Hope Gulker is a member of the professional staff of the Department. She holds an Elementary Teacher's License from the State of Indiana, with endorsements in Kindergarten and Early Childhood Special Education. She received her Masters of Social Work in May, 1996.

    Hope Gulker's professional background includes teaching, administration and consultation in early childhood programs including Head Start, public day care, developmental disabilities centers, and parent training courses. Special interests include music, affective development, and family participation in early childhood settings.

    Hope Gulker is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children, the Association for Retarded Citizens, and the National Association of Social Workers.
