NEWSLETTER EDITOR

 

  • Only undergraduate work-study eligible students need apply.  (If you are uncertain about your work-study eligibility, please see the Division of Financial Aid located in Schleman Hall.)

 

  • Main duties involve writing and editing Program newsletter.  Some miscellaneous office work possible.

 

  • Prefer English, Journalism, Communication, or Professional Writing major.

 

  • Experience with Adobe InDesign a plus or willing to learn on the job.

 

  • Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision. 

 

  • Must be comfortable interviewing and/or gathering newsletter information from professors as well as community members. 

 

  • This position will require 8-10 hours a week during the fall and spring semesters only (no summer hours) with a very flexible work schedule.  An hourly wage of $7.00-7.25 per hour will be paid depending on experience.
