Faculty & Staff
The Department of Health and Kinesiology has 17 tenure-track faculty
members and 4 clinical faculty members. Equally, the department
employs another 15 part-time faculty members to direct a variety
of courses.
Our faculty consists of both nationally and internationally renowned
scholars in a variety of disciplines connected to Health and Kinesiology.
These individuals not only have distinguished records in research,
but also are exemplary teachers in the classroom. Equally, many
of our faculty members have served as leaders in national and international
professional organizations as well as editors of the most prestigious
journals in their respective disciplines.
Great universities and departments owe their success and status
to the accomplishments of its faculty. This is no less true for
the Department of Health and Kinesiology that owes its stature to
a group of skilled professionals who are dedicated to generating,
interpreting, and disseminating both basic and applied knowledge.
