NAVSA 2009
Past versus Present
The North American Victorian Studies Association (NAVSA) Annual Meeting 2009
A Joint Meeting with the British Association for Victorian Studies (BAVS)
Hosted by the Cambridge Victorian Studies Group
Churchill College, Cambridge
13-15 July 2009
The 2009 NAVSA conference promises to be particularly memorable, as it will be the first NAVSA meeting outside North America. Timed to start just after the Darwin festival in Cambridge next July, the conference will feature plenary presentations by Mary Beard, Philip Hensher, Peter Galison, and Simon Schama, as well as a post-conference panel of neo-Victorian novelists. We look forward to this joint meeting with the British Association for Victorian Studies.
Although the call for papers has now closed, the registration website is open, and you can find out more details about the conference at the Cambridge Victorian Studies Group's web page.
