Community Assistance Program

Community Assistance Program

Welcome to the Community Assistance Program of Purdue University

Launched in January 2009 as part of the Engagement initiatives at the College of Liberal Arts, the Community Assistance Program was created to help connect Purdue University to the Greater Lafayette and the state of Indiana by assisting organizations and residents in areas related to languages and foreign cultures. Whether it is through translation and interpretation services, education or help in reaching out to different cultures, CAP provides assistance to agencies, organizations, businesses and individuals in the community, as well as to other colleges and divisions of Purdue. At the same time it offers students the possibility to help others while learning advanced language skills.
