The FBI apparently desired to continute to track the activities of those listed. It's difficult to discern the reasons why so many names have been blacked out, while others remain untouched. Little information on John D. Barry could be found, though there was a San Francisco architect and author who died in 1942 and who may be the same person listed here. --DB Todd Deam is the project coordinator who acquired Burke's FBI Files and who has transcribed them for publication in PDF format.
