Law School
Communication majors often pursue law degrees following graduation. This is not surprising as law schools value students with training in "critical analysis, logical reasoning, and written and oral expression" (Law School Admission Council, 2008). To help communication majors navigate the challenges of applying to law school, the Department of Communication has an annual "application workshop" for interested students as well as a pre-law advisor. Students considering this educational path should email Professor Jakob Jensen (jdjensen@purdue.edu).
