Choose from among the preset options (you cannot enter any color code you want--if you need a color that is not available, contact the CLA web master to have that color added to this list for you).
Avoid using text color in a way that meaning will be lost if someone cannot see the differences in color. Keep in mind that 7 to 10% of men are color blind.

Unlike in Microsoft Word, you don't enter a point value here (e.g. 12-point, 14-point, etc). Font sizes on web pages are relative to the default size for the page, so you use options such as "small" or "xx-large" to decrease or increase the font size from the standard.

Choose a different font face. The default font for pages is Verdana; you may want to use Arial or Times New Roman for some things like headers, but you should stick with Verdana for body text.
