Credit Classes

Why should you take a learning strategies class? Studies show that the students who take our learning skills classes earn higher grades in their content classes and are retained longer at the university.

Are you undecided about which class to take? You can choose between the traditional stand-alone class or a class that is paired with MA 152, PSY 120 or SOC 100. In stand-alone classes you will apply the strategies to a current course of your choosing. In a paired class, you will learn math, psychology or sociology while applying the skills. Check out the syllabi for each class for additional information.

Are you planning next semester's classes? Check out the schedule of classes to see which class will fit your schedule. See your academic advisor to add a class.
