Hiring personnel requires prior Department Head & Dean approval.  The role of your Departmental Business Office  is to assist in the employment and compensation process after the necessary approvals are obtained. Employment approvals should be obtained and compensation should be clarified before a commitment is made.

Human Resource Services in conjunction with the Departmental Business Office assists with employment, employee relations, employee records, wage/salary administration, training and career development.
