Switching to Another College from Liberal Arts

You have decided to CODO to another college, you now need to understand the basic process.  The actual process is relatively simple, but it will require some work.  The most complete information will come from the academic advisors in the school in which you intend to transfer and your current advisor.

Requirements

There is usually a minimum GPA, and attendance at a CODO meeting may be required. Every college at Purdue has its own set of requirements that students must meet in order to CODO in. You may find information about the CODO process on myPurdue, Resources Tab, Advisors and CODO Requirements link. http://www.purdue.edu/registrar/Registration%20%26%20Records/CODOs.html

Be sure to check with your advisor with any questions.

Contacts

If you think you may want to CODO to a specific college then you need to be sure to talk with the advisors there.  The specific college will be able to give you the most current information and provide you with detailed knowledge of the degree program you are looking at.  Click here for a list of contacts for each college.

The Admissions Office website can also provide a great deal of information when searching for plans of study as you research your major of choice.
