Professor Allen is the chief academic and administrative officer of the program. She works with the college’s department heads, program directors, faculty, and staff to facilitate the Honors Program. Emily is an associate professor in the English Department and a visionary redecorator.

 Michael P. Loeffelman, Assistant Director
Michael Loeffelman serves as the assistant director for the Honors Program and is committed to supporting the needs of students. He also assists with the recruitment of new members and oversees the Dammon Dean's Scholar Program. Orginally from Columbus, Ohio, Mike received his undergraduate degree from Miami University (OH) had his Masters degreee from the University of Virginia. In his free time, Mike enjoys traveling, reading, and watching movies.

 Kathy S. Lantz, Secretary
Kathy Lantz is the heart of the HP. She is the driving and organizing force that keeps Emily on track. Her warm smile greets students, and is here when you return for a visit after you graduate. In her free time, Kathy enjoys mystery novels, visiting with her cousin, church work, and is entertained by her awesome dog, Brody, a Goldendoodle.
