Prof. JoAnn Miller and the Hon. Donald Johnson delivered the Plenary at “A National Forum & Dialogue,” The Corporation for Supportive Housing, Washington, DC, on Nov 5, 2009. CSH is the largest nonprofit organization in the United States that is devoted to ending homelessness in the country. The National Forum invited one-hundred experts on prisoner reentry and supportive housing to assemble in Washington for this event.

Mari Plikuhn, Graduate Intern at the Center for Instructional Excellence, and J. Jill Suitor will be offering a workshop on Getting Ready for the Job Market NOW. The workshop will focus on what you need to begin doing now to be ready for the job market next year, the year after, or in four or five years. The workshop will be held on Wednesday from 12:00-1:15 in Matthews 111. The workshop is for SOC students only and requires preregistration by Tuesday with Dr. Suitor.
