Gradute Application Information

For students interested in MS-SLP and AuD degrees: To be considered for admission, the following must be complete and submitted by Jan 1.

READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!

Materials to be submitted to centralized application service :  https://portal.csdcas.org/

a. Online application (CSDCAS Application)

b. Application fee

c. Statement of purpose  (Guide to Writing a Statement of Purpose)

d. Three letters of recommendation (Recommendation Letters )

e. Official transcript (CSDCAS ONLY!)

Materials to be submitted to Purdue University:

a. Online application (Graduate Application)

i. Under statement of purpose, upload a blank document 'see online CSDCAS statement'.  This is the only way to circumvent the system, in order to submit your Purdue application.  Send these only to the CSDCAS centralized application service.

ii. List your recommenders and choose paper as the method for submission. Choosing paper will circumvent Purdue asking your recommendners directly for their letters. Your recommenders will not submit letters to Purdue.  Recommenders will submit letters to CSDCAS. 

Please do not submit letters of recommendation to Purdue; SUBMIT THEM only THROUGH the CSDCAS.

iii. Complete the “Acknowledgements” section

b. Application fee

c. GRE scores

d. For those whose first-language is not English, we require TOEFL iBT, ELETS, or TOEFL with TSE scores.

Important note: Your application must be complete at CSDCAS (Centralized Application Service) and Purdue University in order to be considered for admission.  If your application is not complete at CSDCAS and Purdue in SLHS (Speech, Language,& Hearing Sciences) by January 1st you will not be considered for admission.

Please contact the graduate secretary for any other questions.  We must have the CSDCAS centralized application and the Purdue application.
