Dr. Simpson’s professional experience includes diagnostic audiology and amplification. She completed her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Western Washington University in Bellingham and her Master’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. After receiving her master’s she worked as a staff audiologist at the Denver Veteran’s Hospital from 1997 – 2000 and the San Francisco Veteran’s Hospital from 2000 – 2001. Professor Simpson holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association as well as her Indiana State License in Audiology.
