Minor Information

The Latin American and Latino Studies program currently offers a 15-credit minor that can compliment any major, especially if you have an interest in internationalizing your course of study and potential career objectives.  The minor is designed to introduce students to an interdisciplinary study of the history, peoples and cultures of Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as the study of Latin American and Caribbean communities in the United States.  LALS invites students from all Colleges within the entire Purdue community to expand your knowledge by enrolling in one of our courses (see Bingo sheet for courses) or by becoming a minor.
