Our volume 47, Naciones intelectuales by Ignacio M. Sánchez Prado, was
awarded the Mexico Section's 2010 Humanities Book Prize on October 8. This
and six other PSRL Latin American titles were on display at the Scholarly Book
Services booth. In addition to Naciones intelectuales, there were books by Moisés R.
Castillo (Indios en escena), Richard A. Gordon (Cannibalizing the Colony),
Ryan Long (Fictions of Totality), Emanuelle Oliveira (Writing Identity),
Miguel López Lozano (Utopian Dreams, Apocalyptic Nightmares), and
Bruce Dean Willis (Aesthetics of Equilibrium).
