Nota bene: Some web browsers do not work well with our credit-card processor's software. If you are taken to an error page when you click on the payment button, the problem is probably with your browser. We have found that Internet Explorer is reliable. Most versions of Foxfire and Netscape work, but we have had one report of failure for each of them. Apple Safari does not appear to work. The error page states: "Form Processing Error. The following errors occurred while processing your request: It is not possible to order from the store at this time. Contact the merchant for further information (error 1002)." Entry of payment data: The billing address must match the billing address for your credit card. You do not need to fill in the shipping address page (unfortunately, we have no way to eliminate it at present). Leaving it blank will ensure that the processor's authentication protocols do not cause rejection of your payment.
