Having trouble with the payment page?
If clicking on the payment button takes you to an error page (usually “Form Processing Error” etc) try using a different browser or try upgrading your browser. If your problem is that the credit-card server rejects your payment, there may be a difficulty with the entry of information. The billing address must match the billing address for your credit card. We recommend that you do not fill in the shipping address page (we already have your address). Finally, be sure to enter the correct three-digit security code from the back of your card.
